Stephen Brown, President and C.E.O.

Steve Brown is the President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall direction and vision of the company. In addition, Steve has the corporate oversight responsibilities for all underwriting and new business directions. Previously, Steve was a successful Lloyd`s of London broker in England and a Lloyds of London managing general agent in Canada. Steve has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years.

Doug MacKenzie C.A., Executive Vice President and C.F.O.

Doug MacKenzie, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the company's financial planning and corporate guidelines. Doug works closely with Steve in planning and implementing the strategic direction of the company. Doug has over 20 years tenure in the Canadian financial services industry and draws on his past experience from working in both large and small insurance companies.

Cecil Persaud, Corporate Secretary.

Cecil Persaud, as Corporate Secretary, collaborates with Steve and Doug on the overall strategic direction while taking the lead on all corporate regulatory matters. Until 2003, Cecil had spent 15 years with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as a Senior Manager. Prior to this, Cecil was CFO of a privately traded insurance company. Cecil has over 35 years of experience in all facets of the insurance industry.

Paul Eeles, Senior Underwriter

Paul Eeles is the Senior Underwriter for the Accident & Sickness Division. Paul has over 30 years experience in this class of insurance and has been instrumental in setting up Healthcare Insurance Programs in Canada, United States, South America & the Caribbean.

Maureen Rimmer, Office Manager.

Maureen Rimmer is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and office administration functions. Maureen has spent over 17 years working in the insurance industry with expertise in finance and administration.

o Glenn Turner, Director, Disability Claim Services

Glenn has over 30 years of combined experience as a primary health care provider, health care manager, and disability benefit administrator. Responsible for all disability claim functions within FCC, Glenn is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Health Care Administration), and is a member of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Igor Sintsov, Case Manager

After having obtained his medical degree from Kyrgyz State Medical University in 1994, Igor went on to complete a two year residency program in Oncology and Radiation, obtaining specialist certification in Surgical Oncology. As a medical subject matter expert, Igor serves as internal consultant to FGIC/FCC claims and underwriting staff, and manages a full spectrum of short and long term disability claims.

Paul Kelley, Case Manager

Paul has an extensive background in the insurance industry having worked in both personal injury and extended health divisions. In addition Paul has several years experience as adjudicative experience with a major motor vehicle carrier. Prior to entering the insurance business, Paul had a successful career in law enforcement.

Heather Ryerse La Rose, Claim Coordinator

Heather has several years of education and experience as an administration professional. She plays a key role with the intake and management of all disability claims and is an integral part of the FCC team, playing a lead role in the coordination of special activities including supplemental medical requests and examinations.
