Steve Brown is the President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall direction and vision of the company. In addition, Steve has the corporate oversight responsibilities for all underwriting and new business directions. Previously, Steve was a successful Lloyd ’s of London broker in England and a Lloyds of London managing general agent in Canada. Steve has been in the insurance industry for over 27 years.
Doug MacKenzie, C.A. Chief Financial Officer
Doug MacKenzie, as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the company's financial planning and corporate guidelines. Doug works closely with Steve in planning and implementing the strategic direction of the company. Doug has over 20 years tenure in the Canadian financial services industry and draws on his past experience from working in both large and small insurance companies. Doug has also acquired extensive knowledge of the warranty business while serving as President of one of Canada’s largest independent warranty companies.
Cecil Persaud, as chief operating officer, collaborates with Steve and Doug on the overall strategic direction while taking the lead on all corporate regulatory matters. Until March, 2005 Cecil had spent over 16 years with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as a Senior Manager. Prior to this, Cecil was CEO of a Group of Life and General Insurance Companies. Cecil has over 35 years of experience in all facets of the insurance industry.

Paul Eeles is the Senior Underwriter for the Accident & Sickness Division. Paul has over 30 years experience in this class of insurance and has been instrumental in setting up Healthcare Insurance Programs in Canada, United States, South America & the Caribbean .

Maureen Rimmer is responsible for the day to day accounting and office administration functions. Maureen has spent over 17 years working in the insurance industry with expertise in finance and administration.
