Claims Centre
Fenchurch Claims Centre (the adjudicative division of FGIC) was established to provide clients and claimants with a readily accessible, multi-disciplinary team of professionals to assist in all aspects of their claim. This team includes experienced claims administrators and a core group of case management and claim adjudication staff with broad based experience in the health care field including medicine, physiotherapy, kinesiology, psychology, and disability management.
FCC has appointed DMI as a strategic partner to provide Early Intervention and Return to Work Planning support to FGIC claimants and employers. DMI staff play a vital role in facilitating short and long term disability claims and are available to provide direct assistance as required in the application process.
